Are there any details available for the changes made between 1.2 and 1.2.1?

There was an error with search index creation, which was fixed, I'd recommend to update from 1.2 to 1.2.1 and run the "Reindexing" task in the admin area (in General it is recommended - and mostly required - to reindex the data sets when updating the collaboration server).
