Unit for Land use in OpenLCA

I have for my Land use the m2 as Unit, but in OpenLCA all the provided units are multiplied with year (a). How can insert my data to my flows now?
(I am very new to OpenLCA)

You do not write the specific method you are using, but per time (and area) is typically land occupation, while only area is land transformation.
