You need to make a new product flow, "Pizza, ham cheese and mushrooms, transported" maybe, with Reference flow property set to "Goods transport (mass*distance)".
Alternatively, you could add a flow property for your existing Pizza flow and make 0.001 tonne * km = 1 kg, but that might have some weird consequences down the line.
