Please, add disclaimer to change excel system separator

I would like to suggest to add a reminder at application startup to change the excel system separator to avoid wrong copy/paste operations for users from some countries.

I would rather suggest to give us the option of switching the decimal/comma seperators in OpenLCA. Would that be feasible?

We looked into this (of course), it is quite some effort since openLCA runs somewhat independent from the operation system.
