I imported process flow from lcacommons website. I tried to run calculation by using that data. But it is showing zero values in results. Where all the background flows were interconnected. Can someone please suggest what would have been gone wrong?

Are those 0 values for inventory or for impact assessment? If it's 0 values for impact assessment, the problem is likely with having an impact assessment method (e.g. ,TRACI) that isn't compatible with the system of flows generally used in the lcacommons (the federal elementary flows list).

Can you point to the specific data in lcacommons that you're trying to use?

Have you tried running a calculation on a single process?

I am using natural gas extraction and processing data from lcacommons and trying to perform impact assessment by using the CML method. I am facing the same issue with the other free source data downloaded from the nexus website. Can you please suggest to me which source data should I use for the CML Jan 2016 method?

Unfortunately, there may be several different answers to your question based on what exactly you downloaded from the nexus.  I would imagine that the CML method available within the nexus would be using the openLCA reference flows, and that most data available from there would use the same set of flows. Someone else with way more experience in the data and methods available would need to weigh in here.

Regarding the lcacommons, they only have 2 impact assessment methods available that are compatible with the federal elementary flows list - recipe - https://www.lcacommons.gov/lca-collaboration/Federal_LCA_Commons/ReCiPe/datasets and traci - https://www.lcacommons.gov/lca-collaboration/US_Environmental_Protection_Agency/TRACI/datasets.
