Is it normal to get negative human toxicity cancer results?

Hello,

When using the EF methods 3.0 (adapted) to calculate the environmental impact of the ecoinvent 3.7.1 process "fibre production, cotton, organic, ginning | cottonseed, organic | Cutoff, U", I get a negative result for the human toxicity cancer category. Is it possible or is there a mistake?

Probably due to the uptake of heavy metals from the crops
