I'm experiencing problems in performing a complete calculation because of a problem with memory on a MacBook Pro. We have tried to fix it with the two methods mentioned on the link (https://ask.openlca.org/594/how-to-assign-more-memory-to-openlca), but none of those works and the error is still the same.

Can you please help me?

Thanks

Hi Giulio, well maybe the database is too demanding for the database (or, typical issue, you do not have write access to change the memory allocation). if you want, post more details.

Hi Andreas, we tried to change the memory allocation in the software but also directly on the *.ini file but the system didn't change effectively the memory allocation.
I really don't know what to do more

Ok, maybe you understand that if you do not reveal more it is hard to advice: which database are you using, which threshold do you set, how much memory does your computer have overall, how much memory is used by openLCA in the calculation. Thank you!

Dear Andreas, thanks for your help. I tried with the procedure on this link and it was successfull using a 4096M allocated memory.  https://github.com/GreenDelta/olca-app/issues/96
Thanks
