How do i import EPD data in csv or xml format from Eco Portal into OpenLCA?

Maybe you need to be more specific?

But afterthought, I guess you mean the eco platform, https://www.eco-platform.org/epd-data.html. There, the "xml" is ILCD, and the csv is a simple table. The simple table cannot be imported, and ILCD can maybe be imported into openLCA but I did no test it.

Maybe you can try and report back?

Indeed, downloading one arbitrary example

retrieves a very small ILCD archive with a funny name as well:

which has only one flow

So this seems to be on the eco passport side.

You are welcome - I meant that already before the import, on the ecopassport website and thus side, the "EPD" has only one flow, which does not make sense I think.
