Normalized values in TRACI and ReCiPe seem too high

Hi:
The normalized values calculated using TRACI and ReCiPe seem unusually high, especially for the toxicity categories. Sometimes they are close to or greater than 1, which doesn't make sense. Do you know why this is?
Thank you!
