Issue after installing versions 1.11 or older, unable to launch OpenLCA "your window's version is not compatible"

Please, help! I hope these additional informations will support you to fix this issue...

My Windows current relaese is:

Edition Windows 10 Home, Version 21H2, Installed on ‎22/‎06/‎2020, OS build 19044.1586, Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0

My computer is a laptop ASUS with features below:

Processor Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU  Z3740  @ 1.33GHz   1.33 GHz, Installed RAM 2.00 GB (1.89 GB usable), System type 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Pen and touch Touch support with 5 touch points

Since about 3 years we do not provide the 32 bit windows versions any more. You can find older versions here, including 32 bit versions: https://sourceforge.net/projects/openlca/files/openlca_framework (e.g. for openLCA 1.5).
