When evaluating the data quality results of a product system, I noticed that a large number of indicators of a country-specific nature were not evaluated with regard to the data quality criterion "further technical conformance" and thus an n.a. was assigned. However, this does not apply to all country-specific indicators, such as "Level of industrial water use", "Children in employment" or "DALYs due to indoor and outdoor air and water pollution". In my understanding, it makes no sense to evaluate country-specific indicators in terms of "further technical conformance". After all, there is already the criterion "Geographical conformance".

Can anyone tell me the rationale behind this? Many thanks in advance.
