Thanks!

Import into openLCA then backup the database you imported into?

Yes, I did that, but neither with .zip nor with .zolca, the result of the database installation does not coincide with the information in the manual. There is an image in the manual, to show how OpenLCA tool would look like after installation of the Okobudat database, and it is not the same I get after I install. The versions I am using are: OpenLCA 1.11.0 and ÖKOBAUDAT 2021-II (25.06.2021) for the .zip file, and then .zolca converted via export. :)
Thanks a lot for your message!

Ah I was not aware that your question has that specific background - indeed, the ILCD from oekobadat.de is not working nicely, it is a specific ILCD+EPD format (so, ILCD with some specific extensions) plus the import in openLCA shows that many referenced "datasets" (in ILCD, flow properties, flows, units) are not provided - the process links to a flow that is missing in the ILCD package. These processes come typically from Sphera, and I understand the argument is that the import works in GaBi since these "datasets" are hardcoded in GaBi already. The Oekobadat we have in Nexus works, and we'll have a much nicer version in openLCA 2 soon, then as EPDs, not as process data sets.

Ahhhh OK that is great! I though I was doing all wrong :).  When the launch of the new version is  expected please? Cheers!

You see already now the alpha version in latest builds on the download page, this (late) summer.
