Hello all. I am new to OpenLCA.
I have a process which among my main product also creates aluminum scrap. Lets say for example dismantling a car. I would like to see the benefit of recycling this aluminum. I suppose its avoided primary product. I am not sure which processes I should use. I am guessing that I should add some sort of treatment that turns scrap into aluminium and then press "avoided product" there. I am working with the ecoinvent 3.8 database.
Any ideas?
