Import or restore database

Question

I am new to  openLCA and a little bit confused. I'd like to create a new project (SLCA for textile industry) using the SHDB Database downloaded from Nexus.

What exactly is the difference between the functions "import" and "restore" for databases?

"restore" just copies and extracts a database for openLCA from zolca format; import imports the database into another database, each of the elements separately, which takes more time but allows you to merge databases e.g.

when importing one database into another, an internal error occurs. I can't open the log file to see what happened.

in my institution I need the administrator rights to write on C: (into the database of openLCA). But even then, an internal error occurs.
