how can I classify the CO2 Emissions into the life cycle phases: raw material extraction, production, transport, product use and end of life?

Several possibilities, you can make product systems for each life cycle stage and also for transport (although you may have overlaps of transport with production e.g.?), and make then one combined product systems where these life cycle stage product systems are used. This allows you to see the contributions of the stages, e.g. in the impact analysis sheet in the result.

Do you know if it is also possible that open lca automatically divides the phases?
For example I want to make a process for a cake and make there individual ingredients pure flour, sugar and so on and that I then automatically get for each ingredient the division into the phases displayed?
