Hi everyone, I have been having issues regarding the system boundary of my study. I understand that from the standards we should justify what is included and what is excluded from the system, but is this valid for the scope of the assessment too? For instance we are assessing food delivery, more specifically takeaways. Most vehicles used for this purpose are bicycles, scooters, motorcycles and sometimes even cars. The people involved in the project would like to assess vans because they deliver “food”, but since they don’t deliver takeaways I do not agree to include them in the assessment. For me this is quite obvious, but I am having a hard time convincing others about it, am I missing something here?
