ecoinvent dataquality method

Question

Hi, I'm Myeongjukim. I want to know if the ecoinvnet process data is originally recorded? or calculated by open lca system?  I ask this question because there is data quality entry per each flow and i'm not sure how can the dataquality is calculated. (What data is used by open lca? uncertained data from general information? or already recorded each flow data quality entry? ) Thank you
