How can I transfer my modelling from LCA for experts to OpenLCA?

I am currently creating life cycle assessments in LCA for experts. We now want to test OpenLCA. Is it possible to transfer the modelling created so far from LCA for experts to OpenLCA?

Hi, this is possible using ILCD for single processes, you need to apply a flow mapping as well, openLCA provides a generic mapping file to ILCD but this will need to be extended. For plans, GaBi / LCAFE to my knowledge has not implemented the extended ILCD format eILCD for exporting plans; the format would be supported by openLCA and is somehow meant to exchange product systems.

I meant to say: openLCA has a default ILCD to openLCA mapping file (check at the bottom of the navigation tree, when you create a database with reference data) which you can apply in the import, but it will probably not cover all LCIA flows existing in your source so these flows will need to be added to the mapping.
