The ILCD files which are used e.g. in GLAD to distribute the Tiangong database are unfortunately incorrect (format and structure-wise). E.g. you have processes without any product or waste, etc., and this hampers the import. Also, as it is slow and "bloated" ILCD, the import will take time. I managed to import some time ago, you need sufficient hard disc space, and check if any errors are thrown in the openLCA log file, if yes, fix these.
