I am rather new to openLCA, and it might be that I have overlooked something or am using the wrong approach from the get go, but I can't find an efficient way to update the parameter list in a project setup to compare product systems.
This is my situation: I have a project with 24 variants of the same product system. There are about 20 parameters that vary between the variants. I managed to run a simulation using olca_ipc in VS CODE by importing the table from a csv and then run 24 calculation setups with parameter redefs. But in terms of results, I need more insight into contributions and direct/upstream impacts.
So next I tried via the project setup in the app. Adding variants in the "compare product systems" tab and then adding parameters was no problem. But my background data is not final yet, and I am doing all data preperation in Excel. I know I can copy paste single values from Excel to openLCA, but I do not want to do that for >400 cells.
So is there an efficient way to update all these variant-parameter combinations? Either built-in or via olca_ipc?
Or alternatively: how can I get well structured results from olca_ipc? (I need everything in excel in the end for my client).
