Library login failed

Question

PS : I know this question has already been asked by the user "Lejeune" in april 2025 which is tagged as answered but the answer doesn't work with me. I contacted him but he can't recall how he solved it so I'm asking again :-).

Hello,

I downloaded the ecoinvent 3.11 U cut-off library and added it to a database.

When I open a process from the library, log in and click Ok, the log in window appears again without accessing the library. I tried either the password choosen when downloading the library either my Nexus' password it doesn't work.

Is there any work around?
