I tried combining the databases, but the software displayed the following window and stopped working, so it was not possible to click the 'Finish' button. Could you help? Please.

Can you please indeed post the picture? Just edit your post to do so. Combining databases works in openLCA.

the software stopped working

- probably the software is waiting for you to select the file with the other database. It does not mean it stops working.
