Different ReCiPe endpoint result between openLCA LCIA method and ecoinvent method

Dear community,

  I am trying to calculate the ReCiPe 2016 endpoint results using openLCA, when I adopt the openLCA LCIA method 2.7.5, there is a slight difference with the results of the ecoinvent method 3.12, does anyone know what's wrong with the calculation method?  Thank you!
