Open lCA method - Total CO2 value is different from sum of the 3 decomposed CO2

Hello,

Since a couple of days, i've found that the CO2 total (15804) is different from the sum of the three decomposed CO2. I don't how it comes.

I used to have a matrix error message 2 weeks ago when i was closing the database. I just unticked regionalized calculation and it worked back. But now when i tick it, i've the matrix error wheras I had no error for couple of years. 

What's wrong ? Does the matrix error with regionalized calculation is the source of the delat in sum ? 

When exporting matri rather with regionalized calculation ticked or not, I've the following message (joined document https://ask.openlca.org/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=10329513705961624232).

What's wrong ?

I'm using openLCA - EN 15804 +A2 Method from 2.2.0 package which is compatible with 3.9.1
