Open LCA cannot be opened on Mac

I downloaded Open LCA version 1.10.3 to my Mac. But I was not able to open it, the error box said: open LCA cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.  

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

This comes because we are not registered in the Apple store. You should see sth like a "proceed anyhow" option, and use this (if you trust us of course).
