Unable to import a file in OpenLCA 1.10.3

Hello, as a researcher, I have to take over the work of a colleague who previously saved and export a database in JSON format.
It is impossible for me to import them with the following error message.

It says "access denied" - see also here https://ask.openlca.org/4649/unable-to-import-database-to-openlca, this was the same issue.
