I use the EN15804_A2_2020 impact assessment method that I acquired from Eugeos 4.1 database to calculate the impacts of 1 kg of paint.
I am curious about the environmental indicator El water use, AWARE. Is the number I get equal with the WDP (Water Deprivation Potential) indicator that is required from EN 15804 for the creation of EPD for construction products. Or do I have to do some extra calculation to get the WDP number. In other words is El water use, AWARE = WDP ?
I am asking because the number that I get from the calculation of El water use, AWARE is really big and it does not correspond to the numbers published by other companies in the paint industry.
