openLCA crashing when doing direct calculations help

Hello, I'm very new to the software and I have no prior knowledge of it. I've only followed the tutorial video that my professor gave me and things don't seem to be working out. I've tried doing the product system and it seemed to work out but doing the direct calculations makes my openLCA crash.

The direct calcuation only works with "easy structure" databases, where one product has always only one provider. If your database is different, it will not work; you are asked to check the linking properties before doing the direct calculation, if the database is not suited this will be shown. Another reason could simply be that your calculation is too heavy for your computer and / or you did not adjust the memory accordingly.
