Installing openlCA database

I have openLCA downloaded but when I got to install the LCA model database I got stuck on steps 9-12 on page 12 of the user manual. There is no file to select and no zip file appears for me to select.

Hi and welcome, using a database in openLCA is explained here: https://manuals.openlca.org/openlca/databases/restore_database.html ("page 12": this is maybe the old manual?)
