Can I batch calculate and export multiple product systems?

Question

I've got a lot of product systems stored up with electricity mixes for different countries by year, and different raw materials. I export then take the results of these 'basic' exports from a folder into PowerBI to present the results to employees. Calculating and exporting to excel for each of these is very time consuming though, is there a way to queue these up for automatic calculation and exporting? To give an idea of numbers, I've already done this manually about 500 times and still have a lot more to go.

(I'm hoping someone has a script for this, so far I've not found something that seems right)

A possible starting point might be this script that I wrote to export impact results and Sankey parameters into a JSON file. It could be adapted to iterate over multiple product systems and to export data into a CSV file.
