I downloaded some data in Ecoinvent, but when I import to OpenLCA, the providers of these processes don't show up. So, when I calculate the impacts, the results are incomplete because the software ignore the providers. I don't know if the problem is Ecoinvent data or OpenLCA or me, but I really want to know why this is happening.

The problem is that the providers isn't available. For instance, I downloaded "sugar cane production" and there are some product processes in this data, for example, "diesel". I expected that ecoinvent or open integrated the provider of this diesel, but when I try to find it, there is no diesel production. So, my doubt is, if I have to download the providers too or three was some problem in my download or import.
