Transport, Freight vs Market for Transport, Freight in Ecoinvent 3.9

Greetings.

I want to calculate the emissions of the transportation of a material from point A to point B.

So I want to know the emissions of 1km made by freight. Is it better to select transport, freight, etc. dataset or market for transport, freight, etc. ?

I know that the market processes contain transportation and product losses from an area, so I do not understand their use on transport datasets, since the transport dataset will be used for transportation. What extra emissions do market for transport datasets include?

I understand their use in product productions e.g. almond production since it includes their transportation in a given area e.g. Europe, but I cannot understand it in a dataset that is transportation already.

Is the truck that transports my product, considered the product. I still would not get it.

If you do not know the specific transport then a market process is better. Then you enter the transport as a service into the process where the good is transported to, with the fitting transport effort in ton-kilometers (2 tons transported 10 km is 20 ton-kilometres). Is it maybe clear now?
