if i remember correctly back when the ecoinvent databases from nexus first came with the ecoinvent LCIA methods pack included, it was recommended to use the openLCA LCIA methods pack. In recent years i didn't hear that recommendation anymore, is it still valid? Which LCIA methods pack should preferrably be used when modelling and calculating in openLCA with ecoinvent database from nexus?
Plus as a general question: What are the main differences between the included ecoinvent LCIA methods and the openLCA LCIA methods pack? For example the IPCC 2021 method in the ecoinvent pack has different subcategories and naming than in the openLCA LCIA methods pack. Also the calculation results differ slightly.
