Why am I not able to add global parameters?

Question

Hey, I have been trying to add global parameters in my processes, in the database, so I can use them in different processes as the same values are required again and again, but I am unable to.
Any reasons why?
It's like a nonfunctional part of the screen.
I am using ecoinvent v3.10 (if that is relevant)

You need to add them in the global parameter section in the category tree, not in the process; the process only shows the global parameters that exist.
