Dear all,

in How to add a product system to another product system? - ask.openLCA - Question and Answer (Q&A) on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) - A Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Community the insertion of one product system to another was described. But how to act in the case of a result?? Below you will find an example process "machining aluminium sheet" with two inputs. One of them has a result as a provider.

But in the model graph linking in the context menu and with the mouse doesn´t work.... (the result has the flow "Aluminiumblech" as a reference).

Is the result "aluminium sheet" integrated in the calculation despite the fact it look unconnected (because it is defined as a provider in the process)?

Kind regards,
Dieter

Thanks to the release notes of OpenLCA 2.5 I got into this topic again and I solved it by myself. I forgot to set the output flow as a quantitative reference, so a connection was not possible for sure (the picture above in the question also shows a missing output flow...).
