How can I import a database in another database, but the basic flows are different?

I tried use the database ProBas for another database with the methode CML-IA baseline but I don't get any result from thas process at the end. Maybe someone has an idear to connect the flows.

ProBas has entirely different flows and does not fit to other LCIA methods unfortunately.
