I'm trying to model the renewable energy demand for a project and looking for a way to modell electricity, medium voltage from wind, solar, hydro etc. Since theres no process in ecoinvent for electricity, medium voltage dedicated to these sources, but for electricity, high voltage e.g "electricity production, wind, 1-3MW turbine, onshore | electricity, high voltage | APOS, S - DE", i'm trying to understand how to transform it into electricity, medium voltage.
The "electricity voltage transformation from high to medium voltage | electricity, medium voltage | APOS, S - DE" - process states that "This activity starts with the high voltage electricity arriving at the transformer station. From cradle, i.e. including all upstream activities." and "This activity ends with 1kWh of high voltage electricity transformed to medium voltage.". I assume i'd need both processes to model the renewable energy demand?
