Dependent vs Independent sampling in probabilistic comparative LCA

Dear community,

In a probabilistic comparative LCA study where the product system defined has a central process with inputs equal to unitary quantities of the two products being compared, but with opposite signs, is the sampling done dependently or dependently?

in openLCA the random number generators are independent from each other, therefore - I think - no dependent sampling is possible.
