Once unzipped JSON-LD files cannot be reimported again

Question

I want to use the JSON-LD.zip files as an exchange format to adapt existing flows, processes, or product systems or to add new ones. However, I can not import the adapted .zip files. Even if I just export a database, unzip it and directly zip it again without changing anything I can not import the .zip file. (I don't get any error message but there is nothing added to the database.)

Do you have any idea why this is and how I can fix this?

Make sure that there is no "root" folder in the zip, it must directly contain the sub-folders "processes", "flows", etc. see http://greendelta.github.io/olca-schema/#zip-packages
