Hi I am new to OpenLca.
I am analyzing modeling the life cycle for the production of a bottle of wine. I know that in the winery stage some waste is produced( stalks, lees, etc) which I have entered as output. The firm reported to me that this waste is put back into the soil. How can I model this reverse process?
I thought of creating a new production process and entering in negative value. Do you know how to help me? What reference flow should I enter in?
