Did the requirements to download Agribalyse recently change?

I downloaded a free version of Agribalyse last year, but now cannot re-download to my new computer without purchasing an ecoinvent license.  As a contractor, I have no purchasing authority in my organization.  Is there a way I can download Agribalyse without cost?

Yes, Ademe requested that we stop making Agribalyse available for free even for acaedemic users in France; now always an ecoinvent license is required. We regret that (and it was not our decision).
