Will upgrading from 2.0.1 to 2.2 affect the processes etc. I have made in ecoinvent and stored on coll. server?

Question

I am nervous about upgrading to a newer version, since there are things I do no understand concerning re-using the databases.

If I backup the ecoinvent db (which is the only one I use), will it be straightforward to continue my work in a newer openlca version with the flows, processes, etc. I have created?

Does the '2' in the version numbers of the program and the collaboration server ensure that upgrades in one or the other will be compatible? Does an upgrade in openlca require me to re-configure the coll. server?

I recommend adding an entry in the manual about upgrading of openlca and compatibility issues, I only find one for update of databases.

After the update, I am getting error messages related to the link to the coll. server. I haven't a clue about how to read the error message, which I have inserted below. Except that there is an issue with 'invalid credentials'.  From the authentication under 'change user' there does not seem, however, to be anything wrong. I can re-enter my user name without receiving an error mistake. Is there other places that I need to consider credentials after a version update?

openLCA version and LCA CS version are not correlated. I would suggest you update openLCA to the latest version.
