Can you please clarify the deadline of free use of Environmental Footprint database?

According to the document "Database Notes EF 3.1" (on openlca nexus) the free use of EF 3.1 database is allowed until 31 December 2024. Instead, most of the EULAs of data providers (on openlca nexus) refers to 31 Dec 2025, except Sphera to 31 Dec 2024. But I have found another EULA of Sphera that also refers to 31 Dec 2025 (see on https://simapro.com/terms-eula-ef-database/).

Can you please clarify what is the deadline for the EF 3.1 database available on nexus?

we will come back at you. The EULA's have been extended until the end of this year indeed.

Thank you. Do you know anything about how the use of EF 3.1 will managed from 2026? There will a fixed price for the full openLCA version, or users will need to agree with each data provider separately?
