Problem with EF database downloading

I'm trying to download EF_secondarydata_201908. I always receive message that this fails. Did you have such a situation? Maybe there is something I should do additionally?

The database is quite big (> 2GB), maybe you can use a download tool if you have an unstable or slow connection. Best wishes, Andreas

The problem is solved. I just used optical fibre connection (earlier I used LTE connection). Thanks!
