How do I provide proof for Educational ecoinvent License?

I am a researcher in a portuguese university, and one of my fields of research is about industrial processes LCAs. Considering the purchase of an Educational ecoinvent license for the aforementioned research (through Nexus platform, https://nexus.openlca.org/) , what exactly constitutes "proof of (...) academic database use" (as displayed in the inserted figure)? What kind of document do I need to send in order to provide said evidence?

Hi Francisco,

basically, we will send you a simple form with a confirmation of your order, to the email you use for ordering, please have a professor / senior researcher complete and sign the form, and upload it to nexus again. It is quite simple.
