waste to energy with pyrolysis technology

Hello. I am a new user. I am now learning how to use the software. I want to evaluate the waste to energy potential with pyrolysis and I want to know if this is possible with OPEN LCA and what database I can use. Also if you have papers or link that I can use as a reference would be great.

Hi Monique, I suggest you to search via http://nexus.openlca.org/ for specific datasets. Based on your findings you can select a specific database. We are not working specifically on this subject so I cannot recommend you any papers but you may want to follow our PET bottle tutorial to learn what is possible with openLCA in general and to see whether it suits your needs http://www.openlca.org/learning/
