I have been trying to import the TRACI methodologies for use with the USLCI Federal Commons database, yet I consistently get an error stating "JSON import failed." Here is the source of my download. To produce the error, I simply have right clicked my database and selected "Import," navigated to the appropriate .zip file, and then the import fails. I'm using openLCA 2.6.1.

They write:
"Usage Notes for zip file: This file was tested to correctly import into an openLCA v2.1 database already containing flows from the FEDEFL v1.2. It will provide matching characterization factors for any FEDEFL elementary flow already present in the database. This file itself does not contain the elementary flows. Use of this "No Flows" method is described on https://www.lcacommons.gov/lcia-methods-without-flows."
